This plan is for anyone who isn't quite ready to live a 100% plant-based lifestyle and still enjoys fish from time to time.
You will receive 20 flexible and healthy pescatarian + plant-based friendly meals that include options that will fuel your body properly to live a healthy life. You will also be provided with a healthy snack list to keep you accountable throughout the day.
In addition to this, desserts have been added into this plan to alternate between per week allowing some wiggle while remaining accountable.
