My standard vegan meal plan is suitable for both the committed plant-based eater or anyone who might be interested in adopting a more plant-based lifestyle. This meal plan is comprised of 18 vegan meals including 3 plant-based desserts.
Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner meals are all provided. In addition to 3 major meals, multiple options per meal give you variety and flexibility.
