Processing & Shipping
Processing time is the time needed to prepare each order before it is placed in transit.
Shipping time begins AFTER we process and fulfill your order. We take an average of 2-7 business days to fulfill apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (bags, stickers, etc.). Speed and price depends on product type,destination and holidays. As of right now, we offer 3 Shipping options, (Standard, Priority & Express).
Shipping prices may vary depending on your total at checkout. Any purchase over $60 will ALWAYS include free shipping.
All packages are insured under USPS. In the case of a misplaced, lost, or stolen package, please contact your local USPS office ASAP to discuss the next steps to take in locating your package.
We ensure that only the BEST products are sent to each individual customer. Each order will be inspected thoroughly by our staff before leaving our facility. Quality is DudleyDudzz #1 priority and we are devoted to ONLY offering the best quality apparel and fitness programs.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In the event that you received an incorrect order, please contact us via contact tab,provide photos, and we will personally walk you through the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
In order to qualify for a refund for an incorrect order you must abide by the following:
- You must contact us within our 30 day return period.
- ALL pieces and your ORIGINAL order summary must be present upon returning arrival to our facility.
Upon payment at checkout, all E programs will be displayed on screen, and also emailed to each customer with 2 downloads each. Programs are both desktop and mobile compatible.
All Sales are are final with digital products such as (Meal Plans, Workout Plans, Duo Programs.)
